PLASTIC FABRICATION

Our extrusion welding process involves using a high-quality welding gun with a nozzle that produces hot air and an extruder that pushes the welding rod out. This process involves heating the surfaces that require joining with extremely hot air, with the addition of the molten welding rod (extrudate) being extruded through a die or shoe. Heavy pressure is applied during this process, which ensures excellent bonding between the surfaces.
